Job summary

IBP Panhandle is seeking a full-time insulation installer to join our safety-conscious team. You’ll start early, load materials, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces with a small crew led by an experienced foreman.

You must be reliable, able to work with hand tools, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required if duties include operating a company vehicle. Growth opportunities exist within the IBP family.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Installing insulation experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
