Job summary

ProSkill Services is seeking an insulation installer to handle residential and commercial insulation projects. The role requires traveling daily to Anthem, AZ, with hands-on installation and material handling responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have construction or insulation experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. We offer a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in construction, insulation, or related trades.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
Prepare and seal surfaces by caulking, taping, or applying adhesives to prevent air leakage.
Secure insulation with staples, tape, wire, or fasteners.
Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.
