Job summary

M and M Insulation LLC in Cologne, MN is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our hands-on team. You will help homeowners and businesses stay comfortable and energy efficient through quality insulation installation.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and installing blown-in, batt, spray foam, and rigid insulation while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install blown-in, batt, spray foam, and rigid insulation in residential and commercial settings.
• Measure and cut materials to fit walls, ceilings, floors and other surfaces.
• Prepare work areas with surface protection and proper ventilation and safety measures.
• Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely.
• Inspect insulation for coverage, fit and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the project.
• Communicate with crew leads and customers professionally on job sites.
