Gunner Insulation Company LLC in Ham Lake, MN is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role focuses on providing energy-efficient solutions for homes and businesses while delivering quality craftsmanship daily.

You'll install batt, blown-in, and spray foam insulation, measure and cut to fit, and work with a crew to complete projects on time while following safety and building codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in insulation installation or a related trade preferred.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, basements and outdoors in varying weather.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install batt, blown-in, spray foam, and other insulation materials in residential and commercial settings.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, floors, and crawl spaces.
• Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring surfaces are ready for insulation application.
• Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards on every job site.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to spec.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
