M and M Insulation LLC in Cologne, MN is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses stay comfortable and energy-efficient.

If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and a hard day’s work, we want to hear from you! You will install various insulation types in residential and commercial settings, measure and cut materials, and ensure safety and quality on the job site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insulation installation or related trade.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical stamina for labor-intensive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation types: blown-in, batt, spray foam, and rigid board.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces.
• Prepare work areas with ventilation and safety measures.
• Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment.
• Inspect insulation for proper coverage, fit, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate with crew leads and customers professionally on job sites.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable and energy-efficient. Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation including blown-in, batt, spray foam, and rigid board in residential and commercial settings
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces
• Prepare work areas by covering surfaces and ensuring proper ventilation and safety measures
• Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect installed insulation to ensure proper coverage, fit, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
• Communicate with crew leads and customers in a professional manner on job sites

Requirements

• Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
