Attic Projects LLC is seeking an Attic and Crawl Space Technician to install insulation, conduct rodent proofing and sanitation, and assist with mold remediation and drywall tasks. Training is provided, with a typical start early and long workdays on-site in Texas.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Attic and Crawl Space Technician, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any other tasks or work that is needed within the project to ensure its successful completion.
Training can be from 5-14 days, depending on your prior experience. Continued training is provided on new OSHA requirements, processes, equipment or materials.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote)
Hourly Pay Range: $21-$24 (other exceptions may exist), varies based on experience level (entry level to expert). Pay may differ across locations
Pay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit
