Job summary

Citywide Insulation Inc. is seeking an Insulation Installer to join a hands-on team in the St. Cloud, MN area.

You will measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of both new and existing structures, following blueprints and job instructions to meet quality and energy standards. Regardless of experience level, you will have room to grow with guidance from an experienced crew.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass batts, blown-in, spray foam, or other insulation products per plans.
• Measure and cut materials to fit spaces and minimize waste.
• Set up equipment, hoses, and protective coverings; prepare work areas.
• Seal gaps and air leaks to improve energy performance.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to sites.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform end-of-job cleanup.
• Communicate progress, materials needs, and site conditions to crew leads.

What You Will Do

• Install fiberglass batts, blown-in, spray foam, or other insulation products according to project plans.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to fit specific spaces and reduce waste.
• Prepare work areas by setting up equipment, hoses, and protective coverings.
• Seal gaps, air leaks, and penetrations to improve energy performance.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete end-of-job cleanup.
• Communicate with crew leads about progress, materials, and site conditions.
