About the Role

TruTeam, part of the TopBuild family, is seeking an Installer to install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products. The position involves traveling locally and occasionally out of town to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Carry out any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience and ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.

Travel Requirements

Local and occasional out‑of‑town travel to job sites is required.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00–$30.00 per hour, based on role and experience.
