Job summary

TruTeam, part of the TopBuild family, is seeking an Installer to install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products. The position involves traveling locally and occasionally out of town to job sites.

You will follow work orders, coordinate schedules, inspect safety and quality, unload and stage materials, and report concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with prolonged standing and repetitive motions.

• Prepare daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with required products and equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety and job site inspections.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00–$30.00 per hour, based on role and experience.
