Job summary

Hometown Insulation, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an installer to put in fiberglass batt, loose fill, spray foam, sealants, and vapor retarders. You will follow work orders, load and unload materials, and perform high-quality workmanship on schedule.

Responsibilities include safely using ladders/scaffolding, operating vehicles and equipment, and adhering to OSHA policies. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Climb ladders and scaffolding as needed.
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimations.
• Familiar with using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Punctual and reliable with good work ethic.
