Pacific Aire Home Services in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Insulation Install Apprentice to assist with fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose installations. You will learn measuring, cutting, and fitting, with steady, year-round work and room to grow into a long-term trade career.

Responsibilities include preparing tools, materials, and work areas, loading supplies, operating basic tools, and maintaining safety. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on role.
• Prior construction, trades, or insulation exposure helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of insulation materials in walls, attics, crawlspaces, and basements
• Prepare tools, materials, and work areas to support efficient installation
• Load, unload, and stage insulation products and supplies at job sites
• Operate basic tools and equipment under the supervision of senior technicians
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after each job
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards
• Document tasks completed and assist with job notes and reporting as directed
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and team members

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn insulation trade
