Job summary

Apache is seeking an Insulator Helper 1 to support field crews on industrial insulation projects. You will assist with loading, unloading, site clean-up, mobilization, and preparing job sites under the Foreman's direction.

No formal experience required beyond 0–1 year; candidate must be able to lift, kneel, climb, wear PPE, and work in a noisy environment while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and materials as directed.
• Assist Foreman and craftsmen with general site tasks and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and wear required PPE.
