Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an Installer in Indianapolis, IN, to install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, windows, and other home products per work orders while following safety and quality guidelines.

You will review daily schedules, load trucks with materials and equipment, and perform site safety checks. Local travel is required, with occasional out‑of‑town trips. Must be 18+, and if driving for work, have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site; perform safety and quality checks.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; complete warehouse duties as required.
