Job summary

TruTeam is hiring an installer to perform installation of insulation, fireplaces, gutters and other home improvements. You will review daily schedules, load trucks, inspect vehicles and job sites, unload materials, and report any safety or quality concerns. This is a safety-sensitive, local travel position with competitive compensation.

Expect physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and daily travel to job sites. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
