Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an installer to handle on-site installation of insulation and related products in the Indianapolis area. You will follow work orders and safety guidelines, loading trucks with materials and equipment each day, and performing site and vehicle inspections.

Local travel to job sites is expected, with duties including unloading, staging, and reporting concerns. The position offers hourly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order and safety guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse-related duties as required.
