Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an insulation helper in the petrochemical industry to install and remove insulation on piping and equipment. The role requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and to work from elevated heights using MANLIFTS.

Applicants must pass a physical, background and drug test, and complete insulation journeyman written and practical tests. A TWIC card is required, and candidates must provide their own insulation tools.

Job description

Working in the petrochemical industry installing/removing various types of insulation on piping and equipment. In addition, must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb boxes.

Applicant will be required to work from elevated heights, including mobile lifting equipment (MANLIFTS).

Employment will be contingent upon passing Physical, Background and Drug tests along with an insulation journeyman written and practical test.

This position will require a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Card). Insulation Helper must provide their own tools of the trade.
