Job summary

You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and document activities within a CMMS, ensure safety and cGMP compliance, and support installation/startup of new equipment.

This role requires reading P&IDs and adherence to SOPs. The position is dayshift, full-time, with the potential for growth within a manufacturing setting that values precise

Qualifications

• Calibrate instrument standards and control elements across electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, pressure, level, flow, weight systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on instrument standards and control elements.
• Document work activity in CMMS and provide detailed calibration/repair records.
• Follow cGMP, Safety and Environmental requirements and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate various instrument standards and control elements including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, pressure, level, and flow systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on instrument standards.
• Document calibration and repair activities in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and cGMP requirements.
