Qualifications

• Install, test, calibrate, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair electrical, controlling, indicating and measuring instrument devices.
• Read manuals, wiring or instrumentation schematics and testing specifications.
• Troubleshoot electric motors, install wiring to circuits, and understand PLCs and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Layout, fabricate and install tubing and tub trays.
• Apply mathematics to instrumentation calculations and conversions.
• Read loop drawings and prepare job reports.
• Assemble and disassemble electronic process and hydraulic systems.
• Calibrate equipment and read procedures.
• Understand instrumentation loops and component functions.
