Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering and industry experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to develop creative solutions.
• Must be customer-focused and able to work with customers.
• Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation projects from quote through delivery, focusing on aerothermal rakes and probes, sensor calibration, and other precision instrumentation work.
• Plan high-level solutions to open-ended problems and understand project requests.
• Develop detailed quotes using BOMs, internal resources, and outside quotes, reviewed with management.
• Develop and maintain the bill of materials for each project and manage contract review process.
• Coordinate with engineering, shop personnel, and outside vendors to ensure on-time delivery and project profitability.
• Provide timely schedule and cost updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
