Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale is seeking a Maintenance Technician focused on Process and Control equipment. The role requires leading sustaining efforts, coordinating with Engineering for improvements, and training Maintenance staff in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will perform repairs, interpret complex drawings, and ensure compliance with configuration control and safety policies across multiple plants, with afterhours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read complex drawings and schematics.
• Experience with PLCs and instrumentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain compliance with configuration control policies.
• Strong safety mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sustaining of Process and Control equipment.
• Assist in incremental improvement of equipment and processes with Engineering coordination.
• Troubleshoot and train Maintenance Associates on Process and Control equipment.
• Coordinate software/firmware changes per Configuration Control Procedures.
• Provide afterhours support and cross-plant collaboration as needed.
• Work with contractors and engineering personnel during servicing or installation.
