Since 1982, the company remains committed to American-made products and exceptional service to industries such as power, refining, chemical processing, and marine. We are seeking a Prepper to perform manual and machine-assisted preparation activities in support of production.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided).

The Prepper performs manual and machine-assisted preparation activities in support of assigned production areas. This role ensures materials, components, or assemblies are properly prepared to meet process, quality, and safety requirements for subsequent manufacturing operations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Prepares materials, components, or assemblies to a required condition to support downstream production processes.
• Operates preparation equipment, tools, and machinery as required, following established work instructions, safety guidelines, and training.
• Performs inspection, handling, setup, and basic modification activities to ensure preparation requirements are met.
• Supplies workstations with required materials and assists with job completion as needed.
• Reads and follows job instructions, work orders, specifications, and applicable documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; occasional assistance may be required for heavier items.

• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Adequate vision (including color differentiation where required for the role).
