Job summary

Hose Master, LLC in Cleveland, OH, with regional facilities nationwide, seeks a manufacturing team member for hose assembly and inspection. You will read travelers, measure and cut hose lengths, crimp ferrules, stamp, and verify calculations to meet customer specs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to understand English instructions, basic math, and accuracy with a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Inspects braid for damage.
• Sets saw and track for cutting.
• Measures, cuts and crimps hose length to customer specifications.
• Crimps & stamps/etches ferrules.
• Fits crimp collars on.
• Verifies cut-length calculations.
• Trims braid.
• Checks bins.
• Reads and understands Travelers /Job Orders and tolerance chart.
• Reacts to change effectively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.
• Helps inspection pull hoses, material handlers hand braid, or cleans area whenever necessary.
