Job summary

Hose Master LLC is a family-owned manufacturer seeking a diligent Prepper to support production at our U.S. facilities. You will prepare materials, operate prep equipment, and maintain clean, safe workstations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to read and follow written and verbal English instructions. Manufacturing experience is a plus, training for tools and equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operates preparation equipment, tools, and machinery as required, following established work instructions, safety guidelines, and training.
• Performs inspection, handling, setup, and basic modification activities to ensure preparation requirements are met.
• Supplies workstations with required materials and assists with job completion as needed.
• Reads and follows job instructions, work orders, specifications, and applicable documentation.
• Performs basic measurements and calculations to verify preparation requirements.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Demonstrates flexibility by responding productively to changes in work assignments, priorities, or processes.
• Adheres to all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions, and actively contributes to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Prepper performs manual and machine-assisted preparation activities in support of assigned production areas. This role ensures materials, components, or assemblies are properly prepared to meet process, quality, and safety requirements for subsequent manufacturing operations.

Physical Requirements
