This internship provides hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC systems, and OT networks, in a fast-paced midstream energy environment, emphasizing safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical program related to instrumentation or electrical systems.
• High school diploma required and at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of instrumentation and electrical principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation such as transmitters, transducers, fire and gas detectors, gas analyzers, and flow computers.
• Maintain ESD and safety interlock systems (SIS) with scheduled testing.
• Support maintenance and operation of analytical equipment, SCADA, RTUs, DCS, and PLC systems.
• Maintain OT networks and network equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and analytical testing on compressors, engines, and related equipment.
• Maintain low and medium voltage electrical power circuits, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Prepare reports and records including maintenance logs, safety reports, drawings, and loop sheets.
