Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician Intern to support maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and electrical systems in a fast-paced midstream environment. You will gain hands-on experience with transmitters, gas detectors, flow computers, SCADA, DCS, and OT networks, while developing safety and environmental discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and must be at least 18 years old.
• Enrollment in a relevant technical/related program is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Maintain and test ESD and safety interlock systems (SIS) with scheduled testing.
• Support maintenance of analytical equipment, SCADA, DCS, OT networks, and PLC systems.
• Prepare reports and records including logs, drawings, and loop sheets.
