Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership in heavy industrial environments such as mining, manufacturing, or refining.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors and tradespeople while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across electrical and instrumentation systems.
