Rio Tinto Borates is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to lead a team of Electrical Maintenance Tradespersons in maintaining the electrical distribution system at our Boron, CA site, following world class asset management and safe work practices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance/operations.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience with medium/high voltage systems.
- Electrical safety troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- HS Diploma or GED; Electrical trade cert preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and allocate work to a team of trade employees.
- Follow asset management practices and maintenance work orders.
- Allocate coverage for breakdowns.
- Collaborate with planners and supervisors on scheduling.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and measurable safety/results focus.
- Ensure work aligns with Collective Bargaining Agreement.
