Rio Tinto Borates is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance tradespersons responsible for the electrical distribution system, including 4160V and higher, while upholding world-class asset management and safety practices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance/operations of an industrial setting.
- Experience in maintaining medium and high voltage systems (4160 V and higher).
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Electrical Maintenance Tradespersons in maintenance activities and shop duties.
- Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance in all work.
- Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, and asset management practices.
- Allocate coverage for breakdowns and liaise with planners and fellow Supervisors.
- Provide leadership in planning, coaching, and performance metrics for the team.
