Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking an Instrumentation Drafting/Design Leader to guide our instrumentation drafting, data management, and standards across North America. This role leads a team supporting capital projects, construction, and operations with emphasis on data integrity and continuous improvement.

The role is based in Wichita, Kansas, with up to 25% travel to support US and Canada facilities.

Qualifications

Three (3) or more years of leadership or supervisor experience.
Hands-on experience using Hexagon SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) software.
Experience in a support or shared-services organization providing technical/customer support.
Experience performing instrumentation and electrical (I&E) drafting and design in a chemical or industrial process facility.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of internal employees, 3rd party and remote partners to execute instrumentation drawings and data management.
Manage and maintain Instrumentation drawings and data within SPI systems.
Develop data/work process driven visions to support business needs.
Develop and execute drawing and data management best practices and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of instrumentation drawings and documentation.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
