Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with ISA or equivalent certification or an equivalent credential.
• 2+ years experience required, 5+ years preferred in instrumentation and controls maintenance.
• Experience with PLC-controlled process and utility systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start up and perform daily and weekly tests, checks, and analysis on utility and production support equipment.
• Respond to issues and perform necessary adjustments and repairs on equipment.
• Under supervision, perform all repairs on utility and production support equipment, including major electrical repairs.
• Understand and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment that supports production, solvent recovery, byproduct and utility processes.
• Continuously improve the work area with preventive maintenance, adjustments and calibrations on instrumentation and controls.
• Perform equipment modifications, upgrades, and installation for new instruments, PLCs and plant equipment expansions as needed.
