Job summary

Orange County Sanitation District seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support electrical, instrumentation and control work for wastewater facilities. You will lead design, commissioning, and construction projects, develop scopes of work, review consultant designs, and ensure compliance with OC San standards.

The role requires a California PE, a Bachelor’s in engineering, four years of professional experience, and a CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, electrical, or environmental engineering or related field.
• Four (4) years of professional engineering experience.
• Possession of a Californ ia PE license.
• Possession of a California Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, commissioning and construction projects.
• Review consultant designs for compliance with scope and standards.
• Develop scopes of work and manage project progress.
• Review submittals and commissioning procedures.
• Ensure projects comply with contract documents and OC San standards.
