Job summary

HireOTS, a recognized Civil Infrastructure Consulting firm in the US & Canada, is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer for municipal water/wastewater projects in Minnesota. This on-site role involves managing design efforts for PLC/SCADA networks and producing detailed P&IDs and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in water/wastewater projects, a PE or EIT registration, and a Master’s degree in Electrical/I&C Engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training.
• 4 - 8 years of experience designing and developing P&ID and Control schematics.
• Strong experience with designing Instrumentation and Control systems for water/wastewater municipal projects.
• Experience developing One-Line diagrams and Control schematics.
