Job summary

MENTOR TECHNICAL GROUP CORP in Puerto Rico is seeking an Instrumentation Calibration Tech to support FDA-regulated life sciences operations. The role focuses on calibrations of temperature, pressure, humidity, flow, and related process instrumentation in bioreactors and utilities.

You will assess tolerance calculations, manage calibration programs, and use RAM, Calman or Procal software. Shift is Tuesday to Saturday nights, 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with hands-on field and shop calibration tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience calibrating instruments in pharmaceutical environments.
• Good knowledge of cGMP and pharma processes.
• Familiar with calibration systems and tolerance calculations.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate instruments in pharmaceutical industry environments (bioreactors, utilities).
• Assess calibration systems and evaluate process tolerances.
• Manage calibration programs and documentation.
• Utilize Blue Mountain RAM, Calman or Procal software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience performing calibrations in Pharmaceutical Industry Environment. Biotechnology preferred.
• Strong Knowledge in tolerance calculation
• Experience in Calibration system assessment
• Strong knowledge in process tolerance evaluation.
• ProcessInstrumentation/ Calibration to manage calibration program.
• Experience performing calibrations to Bioreactors, Utilities, Formulation, Aseptic Areas.
• Experience in Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal Software is highly preferred.
