Zusammenfassung

Waters is seeking an Instrument Test and Process Technician to lead technical support for instrument and sub-assembly manufacturing lines. You will oversee testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements in a regulated environment with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will work with process engineering and engineering teams to resolve issues, train operators, and implement improvements that reduce variability and increase efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Two year Associate degree in mechanical or electronics or relevant field.
• Robotics experience preferred.
• Experience testing highly complex electromechanical instruments.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the manufacturing process owner for assigned lines.
• Assembles, tests, and troubleshoots instrument production line.
• Train production associates on assembly and test procedures.
• Work with Engineers to solve design and manufacturing challenges.
• Revise, verify & validate and update procedures for line(s).
• Follow BD GMP guidelines and BD Quality Standards.
