Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking an Instrument Planner to plan and schedule preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, and earned value tracking on projects. This role requires 3–5 years journeyman level experience with NCCER and electrical licenses, plus a valid driver’s license, to support project teams and deliver baseline and recovery schedules.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, providing technical support, producing monthly management reports, and ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• NCCER certification and State Electrical License.
• Experience: 3–5 years journeyman level experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preparation, analysis, updates, and progress reporting.
• Develop as-built and recovery schedules; track earned value.
• Provide technical support and ensure data integrity across projects.
• Produce monthly status reports for upper management.
• Support project teams with schedule narratives and analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.
