  • Maintains survey equipment used and keeps the survey truck stocked with necessary supplies and tools.

What You’ll Do
  • Works as a member of a survey crew performing various types of surveys for public and private clients
  • Operates all standard survey equipment in support of Party Chief
  • Set-up and operates survey equipment, including total-station, data-collector, level, and GPS
  • Keeps legible notes and reports associated with daily surveys
  • Maintains survey equipment used and keeps the survey truck stocked with necessary supplies and tools
  • Has thorough knowledge of total station and data collection, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies
  • Is able to work outside in all seasons and under various environmental conditions
  • Can carry heavy weights such as survey equipment, concrete monuments, and iron pins
  • Has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Is available for infrequent travel
