Job summary

Onward Energy is seeking an O&M Tech I for the Fountain Valley Power facility in Fountain, CO. The role focuses on operating, testing, maintaining and administrating a distributive control system and associated field devices, including CEMS.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required; minimum 5 years in power/industrial electrical, instrumentation or electronics.
• Experience with DCS, GE Mark VI and ABB INFI 90 systems is essential.
• Programming and configuration capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations, testing, maintenance and admin functions of a DCS and related field devices including CEMS.
• Complete O&M Tech I qualification within 2 years of hire.
• Maintain and calibrate instrumentation and electrical systems; review P&ID drawings.
• Work safely, following policies and procedures; communicate status to team.
