I&E Technician

Location: West Chester, PA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $43.29/hr. (increase after 6-8 months)

Overtime: 5-10 hours per paycheck (weekend shifts every 4-5 weeks)


About the Role

This role focuses on electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a batch production environment.


Responsibilities


  • Perform full maintenance with a focus on I&E systems.




  • Work with AC/DC currents and high-voltage systems, ensuring safety.




  • Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues.




  • Lead maintenance activities and guide team members.




  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.




Requirements


  • Strong electrical maintenance background (AC/DC, high voltage, electrical safety).




  • Leadership experience or ability to lead.




  • Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or batch production preferred.
