AAR Corp seeks an Instructor Pilot (CFII) to provide flight and ground instruction for students in accordance with FAA Part 61, Part 141, and US Army standards. The role includes maintaining training records, endorsements, and FSN TCO knowledge while upholding safety and customer service excellence.
Required: CFII rating, 2,000 total rotorcraft hours with 1,000 as instructor, and US citizenship for Fort Rucker site access. Prior Army/government aviation experience a plus.
This position is pending contract award. The estimated start date is October 1, 2026.
The Instructor Pilot (CFII) will provide flight instruction to students in accordance with FAA 14 CFR Part 61, Part 141 and US Army standards. Additionally, this position will provide ground instruction to students in accordance with FAA 14 CFR Part 61, Part 141 and US Army standards, maintain accurate student training records in accordance with approved Training Course Outlines (TCOs), and maintain electronic student flight records as required by TCOs.
