The new faculty member will join a collaborative group of 26 mathematics, statistics, and data science faculty who serve the entire university community. The department currently offers degrees in BS Mathematics, MS in Mathematics, and MS in Statistics.
Workload: The standard teaching load is 15 credit hours per semester (typically five 3-credit courses), for a total of 30 credit hours over the 9-month academic year, plus related service activities. This is a teaching-focused appointment; research is not required.
