University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks Pediatric Instructors of Clinical Practice to provide medical care in the Children’s Hospital Colorado – Colorado Springs Emergency Department. The role emphasizes 100% clinical effort with 1.0 cFTE and coverage for 1,376 hours annually, including pediatric emergency care, observation unit medicine, and Jeopardy shifts.

Pediatric Instructors of Clinical Practice are Clinical Faculty atthe University of Colorado School of Medicine that will work in theChildren's Hospital Colorado - Colorado Springs EmergencyDepartment. In this role, they will provide medical care to acutelyill and injured pediatric patients. They will perform historytaking, physical examinations, define and execute appropriateworkup that leads to diagnosis with treatment and dispositionplan.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for thisposition has been established as HIRING RANGE: 1.0 FTE at $189,000 to $250,000.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents theUniversity's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range ofpossible compensation at the time of posting. This position is noteligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
