Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Instructor to inspire and guide learners through engaging educational experiences. In this role, you will develop innovative curricula, deliver compelling lessons, and foster a positive learning environment that encourages student success. Your expertise in higher education teaching, instructional design, and learning technology will be essential in creating impactful educational programs. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine the education curriculum through reverse engineering of the role to deliver logically sequenced training and instruction to adult learners – explaining why something is done to empower the students to make a difference in their new career path and engaging the students in their learning.
• Participate in the development of the occupational apprenticeship framework including identifying work competencies and the instructional outline.
• Deliver/facilitate existing or newly developed curriculum during the related instruction portion of the apprenticeship program.
• Provide student mentoring and support throughout the training program and as needed through the one‑year apprenticeship, adjusting information/support as required per the individual student.
• Work with employer partners to facilitate all aspects of training.
• Sets and demonstrates standard of performance for students to follow.
• Partner with the JobForward staff to ensure a successful program, assist with the selection process for program participants, ensure students’ needs are met and effectively address performance expectations and personal needs.
• Be expected to successfully support students from diverse backgrounds across social, economic, and cultural differences.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of our national non‑profit goals
