Job description

Works under minimal supervision to provide project management support to strategic initiatives within a department under the direction of department leadership.

This position helps support the School of Health Professions by coordinating academic and research-related initiatives that enhance faculty development, student learning, and program quality. It is ideal for a PhD-trained professional with experience in clinical and educational research, particularly in qualitative and mixed-methods analysis. Position will also assist in the implementation of institutional and federal standards, foster compliance through data-informed practices, and contribute to strategic planning and program evaluation.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Education

Master's Degree in a related field

Preferred Education

Ph.D. in a related field and/or prior internship or work experience in an academic healthcare setting
