Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a dedicated fitness instructor to lead group exercise classes at our Nashua, NH location. You will ensure safe and effective workouts, maintain CPR and fitness certifications, and uphold Crunch's standards in every class.

You will also manage member requests, follow procedures for sign-in/sign-out, and participate in monthly meetings and ongoing training. A flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM) preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

Maintain valid CPR Certification
