Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a direct support professional to provide individualized and group instructional support in CBDS programs and employment opportunities in Massachusetts. You will complete required trainings and document progress to meet participant goals, while delivering care across a diverse spectrum of abilities.

The role emphasizes support in work and community settings, collaboration with the clinical team on behavior strategies, and maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct support services is preferred.
• Ability to document progress and ISP requirements.
• Sensitivity to diverse abilities and challenges.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized and group instructional units across settings.
• Ensure delivery of ISP requirements with direct support and documentation.
• Support individuals in work and community environments based on their needs.
• Implement behavior support strategies with clinical team.
• Provide transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality and a safe environment.
• Uphold organizational policies and safety protocols.

Schedule

Provide direct support to individuals in therapeutically developed program activities in a Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program and / or employment opportunities. Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement. As a direct support professional, you may be required to provide essential care and support to individuals with a diverse spectrum of abilities and challenges.

Pay: $20.50/hr
