BODYROK Denver is seeking energetic fitness instructors to deliver our signature Hybrid Pilates Method on custom-built reformers. Join a vibrant studio team offering a flexible schedule and per-session earnings that scale with client demand.

You’ll motivate group classes, cue effectively, and contribute to a high-energy, music-driven workout environment. Prior experience is helpful, but a passion for fitness and learning is essential for growth with the BODYROK brand.

• 1+ year experience in Pilates, circuit Training, indoor cycling, bootcamp, HIIT, boxing/kickboxing, or group fitness (not required).
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes with leadership and public speaking.
• Great cueing and communication.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

Compensation

• $25 to $41 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings!
• Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
• Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp,
• HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
