Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking an experienced Instructional Video Designer to craft engaging, high-quality video content that supports client adoption and learning strategy.

In this role you'll produce custom instructional videos, add animations, package SCORM-compliant curricula, and collaborate with designers to align visuals with learning objectives. A strong PM background and proficiency with Adobe tools are essential, as is the ability to balance creativity with timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, and animation tools (Blender).
• Demonstrated ability tocreate original instructional scripts, media assets, and visual narrativesthat support defined learningobjectives.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability toleveragelarge language models (LLMs), custom GPTs, or AI workflows to enhance instructional and production efficiency.

• Organize and manageproject assets—intaking, cataloging, andmaintainingfootage and production libraries to ensure version control and efficient reuse.
• Maintain visibilityinto all assigned deliverables by updating project milestones, task progress, and PSA records for team alignment and reporting.
• ManageestablishedAI-assisted workflowsto streamline production and improve quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionallywith editors, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure consistent, high-qualityproject deliverables.

The Instructional Video Designer designs and creates engaging, high-quality instructional video content that supports client adoption and advances R365’s learning and certification strategy. This role combines creative visual storytelling with instructionalexpertise—developing original media assets that transform complex product concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand learning experiences.

Instructional Video Designersoperatewith creative autonomy todeterminevisual approach, pacing, and structure. • This position has a salary range of $98,500 - $118,200 + Bonus. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
