Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) II to serve as the technical engine of the curriculum revision process, transforming operational Navy requirements into high-impact, modular learning interventions. This role requires a deep-tier expert who can bridge the gap between high-level analysis and hands-on development within the Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 142 series. As a team lead, you will manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, ensuring that every lesson plan, assessment, and resource requirement is precision-engineered to improve Sailor readiness within the Career Training Continuum (CTC). You are not just updating content; you are modernizing the way the Navy trains by implementing data-driven assessments and innovative delivery methods.
