Responsibilities include conducting model lessons and observations, providing next-step support, aiding classroom management, and leading professional development workshops.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field required.
• PA Instructional II teaching certificate required.
• 2+ years as Curriculum Coach or similar preferred.
• 3 years teaching experience, including high school, preferred.
• Excellent written, spoken, and research skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct model lessons, classroom observations, and provide "next step" support for teachers
• Support teachers with classroom management techniques, resources, and toolkits
• Support classroom teachers by co-planning or co-teaching, then reflecting and debriefing together
• Provide leadership, support, and assistance to all classroom teachers for skillful instruction
• Understand and support the Danielson Framework
• Assist teachers in building an interactive classroom environment focused on curricular content and learning strategies
• Serve as a resource in identifying instructional strategies and interventions to improve student achievement
• Assist schools with understanding student achievement goals using baseline/historical testing data
• Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed
• Maintain documentation of work with teachers and complete all required paperwork in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Valid PA Instructional II teaching certificate
• Master's degree in education or related field
• At least two years' experience as a Curriculum Coach or similar position preferred
• 3 years teaching experience, including experience in a high school setting
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software
