Position: Instructional Support Paraprofessional – School-Based Enterprise: SmartLab
Arlington High School is seeking a dependable and collaborative Instructional Support Paraprofessional to assist in overseeing student operations within the SmartLab, a school-based enterprise providing printing and graphic design services to the school community.
The person in this role will work closely with students enrolled in the Marketing and Customer Experience course, supporting their learning and development in a hands-on workplace setting. Under the direction of the course instructor, the support personnel will help facilitate daily operations, promote professional skills, and ensure the SmartLab runs smoothly and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students and fostering real-world skill development in a creative, fast-paced environment.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 183 Days Per Year (School Year), 7 hours per day
REPORTS TO: Principal and Building Administrators
SALARY/BENEFITS: In accordance with AEA Unit D Contract
